I purchased Elements 14 from Adobe on 27/2/16 from Adobe for £55.37 serial no: xxxx

Am I eligible for a free upgrade to Elements 15. If so, I do I go about it.

    Unlikely. The free upgrade eligibility window is usually within 30 days of a new version being announced.
