Elements 14 validation issue

Hi.  I had elements 14 installed on 2 devices...and old PC and OLDER 😉 laptop.  The laptop is dead.  I have a new PC but can't validate 14 on this new PC because of the 2 device limit.  Is there anything I can do about this issue?  TIA

Also, you can  go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first, allow popups and cookies on your browser, and only ask to have your activations reset. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You must contact Elements support and request that your license activation be reset. You can start a chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Help & Support menu at Adobe.com.
