Elements 14: When I click on the "File" or "Edit" or any of the items at the top, it shows dropdowns from other items?

When I click on any of the selections at the top, the wrong dropdown box shows up? What is this?? Anyone else having this issue?

Which operating system are you running on?

Are you talking about the organizer, editor or both?

Presumably it has been working ok up until now - have you done some system updates?
