Elements 14 will not open

Thanks for posting in Adobe forums

It seems you are facing issue with the launch of Adobe Elements

Could you please follow the steps below :

If you are using a Windows operating system

• Browse location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\
& C:\ProgramData\Adobe\
• Rename SLCache & SLStore to SLCache.old & SLStore.old 
• Open Control Panel >> Program & Features & repair Microsoft Visual C++
• Restart operating system & check Adobe Elements 
• When you will double clik the icon for the 1st time , give it some time to load 
• Enter you adobe id & password followed by serial number for activation .

If you are using a Mac operating system

• Browse /Library/Application Support/Adobe
• Rename SLCache & SLStore to SLCache.old & SLStore.old 
• Restart Mac
• When you will double clik the icon for the 1st time , give it some time to load 
• Enter you adobe id & password followed by serial number for activation .

What OS are you using?  Have you tried rebooting?  What program is not opening, the Welcome Screen, the Editor or the Organizer (or all three)?
