elements 14 with Microsoft 10

i cannot use my elements after two years of service, it keeps closing down ,cannot get to chat with enyone fro adobe a can anyone help ?

Is this the issue:

If not, ,try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

Can you give us some more detail about what you are doing when the program closes. And does it close down the Organizer or the Editor or both?
