Question

Elements 15

I am using Windows 10. When I bought Elements 15 I uninstalled Elements 12.

Since then when on Photos - Icon of Mountains -  when I pull the dropdown menu for - View in - the Photoshop option has disappeared . How do I re-instate it?

I am now wondering if I should have uninstalled 12 at all and if I shouldn't have done that do I now have to contact Photoshop to get in reinstalled.

Can Anyone Help.

    Hi Arshla,

Thanks for contacting me, I find that am unable to get screenshots as well. So have photographed the screen.

The first image shows where I use the dropdown menu from the three dots at the right hand side of the screen.

The second shows the choices in the menu and it no longer shows the option for Photoshop Elements 15 .

I would like to get that back as it is a quick way for me to going from viewing the shot to adjust in Photoshop.

I spent over an hour on Tuesday trying to find the screenshot keys but none of the suggested shortcut keys would do it.

I will await your reply, thank you,

    Hi Vanessa,

Unfortunately, your images are not visible in case you have posted them in your last reply. In case you are replying by mail then I would suggest you to reply directly from browser.

Also you can check this related thread if your issue is similar to the one outlined there: Photoshop Elements 10 pulldown menus are now blank after Win10 Updates - Microsoft Community

    Thanks,

    Arshla
