Elements 15

I bought Elements 15 with my camera about 2 years ago, with Premier. I recently had to reset my computer, that both programs were on, back to factory state. How can I retrieve these two programs, and get them back on the computer? I also subscribe to CC Lightroom, and Photoshop, but used these in certain situations. HELP!!
