Hi, i bought in CD version the Adobe elements 15. My computer has no CD Reader so i registered it online and was working perfectly. I updated my MAcbook i tried to download it from my adobe account online but when i open it, it gives me an error. Says i need to update "install". "the developer needs to update this app so it is compatible with the macOS version".

 

HELP ! 😞

What macOS did you update to?

 

If it's Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey, then pse 15 won't install because the latest mac operating systems won't run 32 bit applications and even though pse 15 itself is 64 bit the installer is 32 bit.

 

Most likely you'll need to upgrade to photoshop elements 2022.
