I do NOT have "Web Companion" on my computer, at least there is NOTHING by that name in the "Programs and Features" list...and have had the exact same problem with Elements 15.....any OTHER suggestions?  I've seen posts talking about that module being included in some browsers.  I am running Google chrome as my default, but I also have (and sometimes have to use) Firefox.  And by default, my system has Edge and IE, but I do not use either.

    Ok, a few more details:-

PC is running Windows 10 home, installed on a 1TB SSD

    64 Bit operation

    16:0Gb Ram

AMD 3.6GHz chip (4100 quad core)

Mother board is a ASUS M5A97

Elements 13 ran no problems on this setup

Elements 15 has been uninstalled and reinstalled and also on to a diff drive.

Windows should be all up to date, as well as all drivers.
