Elements 15 and iMac

How do I get the Elements 15 icon on the program ribbon at the foot of the screen so I can open the application rather than searching in the applications folder - thanks

    After you initially have pse 15 running, right click on the pse 15 icon in the dock, click on Options and then click on Keep in Dock.

    Now the pse 15 shortcut icon should stay in the dock after quitting the application.
