elements 15 crashes in photomerge group

Photomerge crashes and exits every time I click on it, I just purchased this Elements 15 and I'm becoming very frustrated already Anyone else having issues, I saw other versions of Elements had similar issues but figured the newest version would have it fixed.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please try resetting preferences. To do so, go to Edit > Preferences and click on Reset Preferences on next launch.

    Now, relaunch Editor and see if it helps.
