Elements 15 failing to open

I downloaded Elements 15 a few days ago since then it has been working fine. Today only Organiser with open. It just quits every time I try to open.

    Is there any error message?

    What computer & operating system are you running?

    Mac OS 10.12.1 Sierra - no error message just says failed to open and do I want to report.

    Amazingly on trying again it has now opened after a few hours of not trying.

    I feel anxious about this  any ideas on how to avoid this in the future.

    If the Editor launches, right-click (control-click) on the dock icon and choose Options >> Keep in Dock. You can then launch directly from the dock in future, bypassing the welcome screen.
