Elements 15 Mojave OS compatability

Question

I have downloaded Mojave the latest OS for the iMac. Now I cannot get Photoshop Elements 15 to work. Everything I try to make it do I get a colored spinning ball for 10 or 15 seconds with another ball appearing when I move the cursor again. Consequently, Photoshop 15 is now inoperative. I have spent hours trying everything I can think of trying to isolate the problem with no real results 😞

Any ideas?

My photoshop elements 15 works but Adjust facial features does not . Here is the before and after I have adjusted the smile. Note the smile is adjusted but the Photograph now has blue and green wiggles on it .

Can any one help re this problem.
