Elements 15 - New actions do not show Name when loaded

Hi,

I have noticed that for the past several attempts at loading a new Action into PSE15, I only see the little 'arrow' symbol but no name or action step. Is there a limit to the number of actions that can be loaded and if not, what steps do I need to take to resolve this issue?

Are these actions you loaded before?

Maybe the actions were recorded in a language other than English?

What operating system are you using?

If you clear actions that you've already loaded using Reset Actions, how do the actions load then?

It's possible there is a limit to the number of actions that can be loaded, but i'm not aware of ever having heard of one.

Thank you, R_Kelly! I am using Windows 10. I will try the Reset Actions and let you know how it goes! I will post a screenshot if it is still an issue after that, but if you imagine the Folder icon and then the right-pointing triangle without words to the right, that is what I am seeing... : \

These are new actions purchased from a couple of different vendor sites, but I'm pretty sure they are written in English.
