Elements 15 not openning

When I try to open Elements 15 I get will not open fault 0xc000007b.

Hi,

Please repair the Micorsoft visual c++ redistributable packages 2012, 2013 & 2015 by getting to Control Panel> Programs and features.

Restart the computer after repairing the packages and check if the program opens fine.

If you still get issues Please download the files mentioned in the below help page and paste them in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 15:

Thank you very much worked perfectly .I actually cancelled my Cloud Photoshop because I could only open Photoshop through

Lightroom and no-one seemed able to give me an answer.
