Elements 15 opens PDFs as blank files

I just downloaded and installed Elements 15 and whenever I try to open a PDF file (for purposes of turning it into an image) all I get is a blank document. I've also tried "placing" the PDF and the same results. This worked fine in Elements 14 so I don't understand why it isn't now and I know that it supposed to work. Any help appreciated.

    Hi Maureen,

    PDF files work as good in PSE 15 as they worked in PSE 14. I would request you to check the following points regarding your file:

    • PDF isn't damaged or corrupted. Check if it opens fine in Acrobat.
    • Check if this same files opens fine in PSE 14, if you have it installed with you.
