My labtop have recently updated to win10 1703, build 15063.786 and after this update all drop down functions in the organizer stopped working. The photo editor works fine. I have Adobe Photoshop Elements Version: 15.0 (20160905.m.97630)  x64.

Have anyone else experienced this. What can I do?

It may be a known issue with PSE15.

Don't use the Windows option to 'automatically hide task bar'

and/or

Don't use the organizer in a maximize window (an only slightly reduced dimension should work).

I have not activated "Automatic hide task bars"

Minimizing the window slightly in Organizer makes all drop down to function again.

It must still be a bug of some kind as this is new after the latest update.

For now, thanks for the answer it saved my day!!

Glad it worked for you .

Just a note about the latest Windows 10 Creator update:

The latest is build 1709.

It's an important update (requires two to three hours and several reboots).

It corrects a very annoying Windows bug introduced in previous Win 10 updates (related to the fond cache).

If other users have various messages about the text engine or can't see the fonts correctly, Microsoft solved the problem in that 1709 update.
