Elements 15 Organizer not working, new install on Windows 10

Installed Elements 15 on new Windows 10 Pro machine. The Organizer opens but nothing works won't import and buttons do nothing.

    After further research-locked the taskbar to take Organizer out of Full Screen. That fixed it.
