Elements 15 Organizer won't load

Every time I try to open Elements 15 Organizer on my MacBook Air, running OS Sierra 10.12.5, I get a message that the program has not been activated, and to open the Editor to Update the Licensing Information. But I cannot find anywhere to do that from the editor's help menu. Please advise, because I have paid for the program and was using it successfully up until recently.

Activation should not affect the Organizer. Where did you purchase the product and did you register it inside your Adobe account?

I purchased it through Adobe and yes, I registered it inside the account.

It was working perfectly well, then just simply quit.

If you launch the Editor application and go to the help menu, you may see your email address – try clicking sign-out.

Then quit the Editor and re-launch.

You may see a screen to try or buy, in which case click buy.

You then sign-in and click the button “license this software”

Enter your 24 digit serial number starting 1057

That should be it. If you remain signed it, you should only need to license one time.

Click the Organizer button at the bottom of the Editor to have both apps open.
