Elements 15 Paper Type Selection

Just purchased Elements 15. When I try and print photos I only see plain paper in paper type. How do i select Luster, Glossy, etc?

Can you please mention the printer you are using for printing? Do you see corresponding paper type options while printing from outside the Elements?
