Elements 15 Software Refuses to Save to RAM

I sat down to edit some of my images from a recent session. Prior to this moment, it had been saving just fine. It now says that there is no memory left on my RAM when I know that there is. I deleted nearly 400 images and it still won't let me save 1 even after that. I have tried saving items on other applications and different types of software and they all let me save with no issues. It must be an issue with Elements 15. Anyone have any ideas?
