Elements 15 upgrade

Hi, I bought and downloaded elements 15 in January this year from the Adobe Site, the version I received as a download was 15.0 but I now realise that 15.2 came out in Dec 16. When I hit 'update' on the elements drop down it shows me updates to LR6 which I also have and allows me to download them but then tells me everything else is up to date which it obviously isn't. How can I 'force' elements to recognise the fact it needs an update or is there a way of doing it from within my account on the Adobe site. Thanks Lesley

    HI Everyone,

Thanks for the clarification, I am on a windows PC so now realise I won't see the 15.2 upgrade which is a relief as everything is obviously up to date.

    Thanks again,

    Hi Lesley,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

There can be two reasons for why you don't see any pending updates for PSE 15:

    • You're on windows.

For windows, there is no update to 15.2 . This update applies only to MAC OS.

    • Your update has already been applied in case you're on MAC.

In case you're on MAC, please attach the screenshot of Help menu > System Info... dialog box.

I would let you know whether your application is updated or not.

    Thanks,

    Arshla

I believe the photoshop elements 15.2 update only applies to the mac perpetual license version of photoshop elements 15.

The update is not for windows or mac app store versions.

What operating system are you using?
