Elements 15 will not take serial number

Question

I bought Elements 15 at Costco in the US and installed it on my Mac when back in Canada. It appears to install properly, but it will not advance past the place where I put in my serial number. I am fairly certain that the number I put in is indeed the serial number, and wonder why it won't take it?? There is no message or anything.

Duh...I was trying to put in the barcode... The serial number was on the back of the WINDOW version CD envelope, and I only looked at the Mac version which I needed.

My problem is solved! Thanks for the suggestion though!

You might have a Redemption code instead of a serial number. The difference is that the Redeem code will not work in the Application because it is unlikely to be 24 characters long. You need to "Exchange" this code or "Redeem" this code for a proper serial number. I suggest go this page and read about it:

Please note that you can install the product as Trial to start with until you have sorted out your serial number problem. Trial version allows you to use it for 30 days without any limitations so go and do it so that you get started quickly with it.
