Elements 16 install didn't build ON1 interface . . . what is wrong?

Just upgraded to PSE 16. The interface I had with ON1 in  PSE 15 is missing. Is this a known bug?  How do I fix it?

You may want to contact ON1.

By the way: You mean PSE 2018, not PSE 16, right?

Whatever you want to call it, Bob. Hardly the issue here.  Adobe has provided this connection for years whenever they released a new version.  Not sure who you are but, if you look into this, you will see I am correct.
