Where can I buy an unused and unregistered instalation disc? What would the cost be?

I did a eBay search on "photoshop elements 2 disk" and found this. There might be more.

I have PSE2 on Windows 7 with no problems. However PSE2 will not work on hard drives over 1 TB.

You're unlikely to find one anywhere. Adobe only sells current version of its software. That's now Elements 2018.

Any reason you want to buy 16 year old software? Which operating system are you planning to run it on?
