Elements 2015 crashing our PCs

Hello.
We are using several copies of Elements 2015.

When our users are updating Elements to Photoshop Camera Raw 9.10, it crashes the PC completely.
It works just fine until you restart, after the restart the PC gets stuck at the Dell-logo, and after a while is trying automatic repair, but it cannot repair it.

We've been looking at logs, trying to locate what has gone wrong but we cannot find anything at all.
It can boot with safe-mode, but not normally.

This is pretty bad and we need a solution fast.
