elements 2018

Hi

I bought and downloaded elements 2018 on the 12th oct and for the first few days, it worked fine now when I try to open organizer or editor a window comes up saying elements has stopped working then it closes. I was on the phones yesterday but they never called me back in the hour time frame they gave me and today I have been on hold for about 45mins already. would appreciate any help thanks in advance.

    I am using windows 10 Home operating system 64bit, x64bit based processor

    2017. I checked the requirements and there should be no issues.
