Elements 2018 and Windows 10 32 bit

I have just purchased elements 2018 and have been trying to download to my windows 10 32 bit machine. It does not seem possible. Am I correct? Is there a work around?If its not possible how do I get my money back as there was no indication of this limitation on the packaging.

Yes, you are correct. For elements 2018 you need to run a 64-Bit OS and there is no workaround.
