Elements 2018 glitch

Hello. I'm unable to use the Adobe Elements 2018 version I purchased due to a glitch in the program. It worked fine for several months but now I get a message when I try to save a JPG file advising me that it cannot save the file due a lack of memory. The program is very glitchy. I'm also getting the same message when I try to select areas to edit. I paid over $100 for this program and now I'm unable to edit and save the MLS photos we shoot for realtors. I tried downloading a new version but it was the same. So now I'm stuck with this glitchy program. Any suggestions?
