Does PSE 2018 photo mail feature link with windows 10 mail in the same way that previous versions of elements used to link with older versions of live mail?

The default email client is often recognizer automatically – in my case Outlook. But you can configure preferences manually by clicking the new button and choosing a web mail client or clicking Other (see image below). You could download the free trial and test it in Organizer.
