Elements 2018 [requires up to 8 attempts to launch the software]

Hi Guy's, I bought Elements 2018 as a download from Adobe all was well at first but now it takes anything from 5 to 8 goes to open it, any ideas, anyone?

Windows 7 and I use a Bamboo tablet in case that makes a difference John.

It should be possible to open with one single click from the task bar (Windows) or from the doc (Mac OS)

Start with launching the Photo Editor and whilst the application is open right-click on the blue Editor icon on the taskbar and choose “pin to taskbar”

At the bottom of the Editor click the Organizer button and then click the brown icon to pin to the taskbar.

Quit both apps and you can launch either in future with a single click, bypassing the welcome screen.

On Mac OS simply right-click each doc icon and choose:

Options >> Keep in Dock

I have both pinned to the taskbar and yet they still take several goes to open it but thanks for your reply and help
