Elements 2019 catalog conversion error

I've just moved to elements 2019 and gone to upgrade my elements 2015 catalog but I'm consistently getting an error.

The error is "Catalog conversion failed. Try repairing the catalog with the software that created it and retry conversion."

I gone back to elements 15 and run a repair but it found no errors.

I've also been through the troubleshooting catalog issues page (Troubleshooting catalog issues in Elements Organizer) but nothing worked.

My catalog is massive with plenty of albums and names of people on most of my 20k pictures and I've never had any issues upgrading catalogs before between versions.

I really don't want to have to start a new catalog

Any assistance would be grateful

That makes troubleshooting rather difficult. It remains to be seen if the issue is due to the new version;  a number of cases were not solved before with those solutions.

It's a bit soon to see if other users will have the same problem. I have performed two conversion on two different computers with PSE2019. No particular issues. The conversion was faster. The following catalog and thumbnail optimization seemed slower, I am not sure.

What is your RAM size?  For the first time, Adobe states 4GB as minimum, but recommends 8GB. My computers were with 6GB (slower) and 8GB (faster than before).
