Elements 2019 - Instant Fix

Installed the new Elements yesterday.  I can open Instant Fix, but cannot close it!  Have to close the entire Organizer, instead of returning.  Have tried clicking 'Done' and 'Save' but still cannot close, also tried the Back button and arrow.  Please advise.

    Solved the issue: The solution was posted on another thread here. Solution 2 worked for me: Mouse cursor not visible or menus not opening in Adobe Elements Organizer

    I have the same issue with 2018 version. The instant fix mode doesn't close from the UI-perspective but the catalog is below the UI. I can see the mouse hover of the catalog, but I see only the instant fix mode in the foreground with the image I prevously edited.

    Not the same issue, since you  are in PSE 2018.

    The System Info for the organizer shows you only have 2,7 GB free RAM. That means that you have been probably hit by the Microsoft Windows 10 (1803) bug.

    Fehler: Eine Ganzzahl zwischen 50 und 8 ist erforderlich | Elements | Windows 10

    To confirm that, please post the same System Info, but from the editor instead of from the Organizer.

    It does work for me. (Windows 10 (1083).

    Would it work if you click on the 'Editor' button?

    I have found some commands may take very long to operate. Did you wait a minute to see if  that would open in the editor?

    What are your hardware specs? You could post the first lines of the report you get from the menu Help >> System Info of the editor.

    Thanks for your comments.

    I seem to have a fault!

      If I click 'Done' or 'Save' straightaway it freezes.

    When I send a picture to Instant Fix I can then send it to Editor when I close.  It asks if I want to save it and click yes. It sends to Editor okay, but then if I try to close it from Editor it sends back to Instant Fix where it freezes.

    Also, I cannot close 'Slideshow'.  Nowhere to close it.

    I have a new laptop, Windows 10.

    As already asked, could you copy the first lines of the report you get when using the menu Help >> System Information of the editor?
