Elements 2019 Organiser Drag and Drop to Word 2016 File Path only shown no picture

I have been using Elements 14 for a number of years and have always just dragged pictures from the organiser into Microsoft word when I needed to.  Having recently upgraded to Elements 2019 now when I do this all I get is the text of the file path not the picture. 

As an alternative I have tried copy and paste but the paste of the image takes between 30s and 55s which is an inordinate amount of time.

Dragging images into Word from file explorer works as normal and is instantaneous.

Please could someone let me know how I can get drag and drop from organiser working again?
