Elements 2019 Organizer Instant Fix causes organizer to hang

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select a photo in the organizer
  2. Click "Instant Fix"
  3. Click "Done" (you don't even have to fix anything)

Expected results:

Should go back to the organizer.

Actual results:

The main window still shows the Instant Fix window, but is unresponsive. The menu will still open if you click on it, and File->Exit will close the window. But when I try to reopen the organizer, it won't open complaining that the program is already running. I have to reboot to be able to reopen the organizer.

Hi,

Is it happening with particular image or any image? If with a particular image, is it possible for you to provide me that image?

I also request you to please try out the solution mentioned on this thread: Instant fix panel in Elements 18 stuck after saving edits

Thanks.

Yes, it worked! That thread lead me to Solution #2 on Mouse cursor not visible or menus not opening in Adobe Elements Organizer. Setting ForceAngleGraphics to 1 fixed the issue.

Thanks!
