Elements 2020 Accidentally restored old backup

My catalog and backup are stored on external hard drives.  Unfortunately one crashed and when I opened up Elements 2020 my catalog was gone.  I still have backups on another external drive, so I restored my catalog, but I accidentally restored an old backup.  That backup does not have all the keywords that I want.  How can I restore the most recent catalog?  Do I have to uninstall Elements 2020 and reinstall it?
