Elements 2020 does not find my scanner

I have a HP Officejet 8034e which I use for printing and scanning using Elements 2020. Everything was working fine until last night when I tried to import a document.  Elements 2020 found my printer but not my scanner.  I"m using windows 11.

Are you scanning from the Organizer or the Editor?  Check both. 

Has the scanner previously worked with Elements?
