Elements 2020 Editor License expired?

I bought Elements 2020 from Best Buy about two months ago. It is working fine, except that now for some reason I am unable to open up the Editor. I get a a message saying that my trial license has expired. It asked me to input my Serial number, but I tossed the box that had the number long ago. Is there a way around this that doesn't involve me buying a whole new copy of the program?

Did you ever register the product with Adobe? If so log-in to your account to check plans & purchases. Otherwise there is not much you can do without the serial number unless Best Buy can email you the details.
