I don't have Photoshop and need to know what program I'll need to purchase in order to use Photoshop Elements 2020

Hello,

You need to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020. Please refer to the instructions mentioned in this link to install the trial version which can be converted into the full version by serializing the application.
