Elements 2020 Maximize/Restore issues

Question

Just changed from 15 to 2020. Organizer opens without the maximize/Minimize/Restore buttons visible, so I have to click on the logo thingummy in the top left corner and click on sometimes 'restore' and sometimes 'maximise' to get the programme to display correctly. So far, several dialog/selection screens do not show correctly either - the bottom of the screen is not visible, so control buttons cannot be selected.  Nvidia control panel reports 1680x1050, with native resolution of 1920x1080. I use an LG 55in TV as my display. No issues with the display of other programs. Any suggestions?

After selecting maximize you can normally drag the application frame. Try clicking the top bar just to the left of the search button. Also when maximized, a small triangle icon appears in the bottom right corner. If you hover with your cursor it should change to double-headed arrows. You can then drag to fit your monitor.
