Elements 2020 Places/Map function not working

This function has stopped working - it worked fine the last time I used it. When I click on Places I get a message saying "Sorry, we couldn't find that page" and it directs me to the Adobe homepage. I'm on a Mac and I am connected to the internet. Any ideas?

Whut whoa. PSE 2020 and ventura 13.6.3 don't play well together. Wait for other mac users to chime in.
