Elements 2020 problems

I bought and downloaded Elements 2020 15th of september and used it for a couple of days.It worked OK. But now I am not able to open it. I got an errorcode MSVCP140.dll. It is said that the problem might be fixed by download it again. But when I try to do that I get the same error code. May be the problem can be fixed by buying it once more.  But I don't wnt to do that! Can somebody help?

If you have the latest Windows 10 updates, Microsoft has already pushed Visual C++ Runtime to you. But you may need to repair it. See link below for details.

That is a Microsoft problem... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
