Elements 2020 toolbox menu missing eyedropper

I'm new to Elements 2020 and cannot find the eyedropper tool anywhere while using Photo Editor. Can anyone help?

Thanks Walter! I discovered I was using the Quick menu, not Expert, which has eyedropper.
