Elements 2020 Update

Unable to open photos in Elements 2020.  Getting this message:  "Browser or operating system no longer supported, you may need to update..."

After updating Chrome (also tried FireFox) and updating Windows 10, I still get the same message.

Uninstalled Elements 2020 and tried to reinstall using CD, still get same message.

Does this message really mean that Windows 10 (and perhaps Chrome as well) is "no longer supported" under any circumstance?...updated versions or not.

nope, your assumptions are not correct.  

Just install Adobe cloud for desktop, then forget about. .  https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud
No secret subscriptions to worry about.  NO, you won't get signed up for anything you don't want.

Yeah, it seems goofy, but it has worked for lots of people in the past 6 months. Adobe doesn't really understand how it works, but it does.

THEN INSTALL PSE.
