Elements 2021

My Elements 2019 died. It refused to close no matter what I did. So, I bought Elements 2021. When I try to open pictures from the organizer, they open, but are blurry,  it says file lost, click to reconnect. But then it asks what file I want to connect it to. I have 24K pictures and certainly can't do anything onsey twosey. How can I get the 2021 organizer and editor to play nice together?

Sorry, I know nothing about Macs and don't think I have seen that error on Windows.  I suggest you try contacting Elements support. You can start a chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Support menu at Adobe.com. Or you can contact Support by telephone using the numbers listed here.

Please post the exact wording of the error message.  Better yet, post a screenshot.

Now it seems to get the files up correctly after I deleted the old version of Organizer, but now it stops editing and says unable to clone, paint copy, etc,  due ti disk eror. What the heck does that mean?
