Elements 2021 move to new pc

I have a new pc and want to transfer my photoshop Elements 2021 programme and working files to it, but cannot find a solution. Can anyone assist.

Legend

Open the editor on the old computer.
Sign out of it to deauthorize it.
Unistall it.

Download 2021 from your ADOBE ACCOUNT.
Install it.
Sign in when prompted.

You shouldn't post in the Acrobat Reader forum if you want a solution to your Photoshop Elements issue. I will move this to the correct forum.

You will need to install the program on the new computer and activate it. You will also need to deactivate the program on the old computer.
