Elements 2021 Organiser not loading properly

I have Elements 2021 installed on a Mac M1 running Big Sur. 

I get the nessage every time I try to open Organiser

Strangely enough I then get this message, but I then click on my current catalog anm then able to open my Catalog OK .

Does anyone know why this happens - I have been opening OK this without this error for 6 months and this error has just started to happen, it is annoying but at least I can still open my catalog.
