Elements 2022 no photo paper selection with canon pro-100

Question

I am trying to print photos in Elements 2022 to a Canon pro-100.  The only paper type selections are fast print plain paper and fine print plain paper.  Why can't I find the various photo paper selections like Photo paper plus glossyII.

Has the paper selection ever been as you expected?

If yes, try resetting the preferences file. Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.

If no, install the printer driver from Canon's website.

If the above suggestions don't work, please give us a screenshot of your Print dialog settings.
