elements 2023 cannot install to new macbook air

Hi, I use elements 2024 in Macbook air(2020) and it worked slowly and I change to new Macbook air (2022 model). When I clicked to use, it said "install failed". Adobe acrobat reader does not require to install, why elements does not work?? what shoud I do? thank you for your advice.
