Elements 2023 issues

Since updating to Elements 2023 (on IOS 11.7.1) from Elements 2020, I am having many issues. Mainly with the preview functions in "Skin Tones and Shadows and Highlights." Changes often cannot been seen unless you toggle the preview box a few times. I have rest the tools but the problem especially with Skintones is lagging or does not change at all. Very fraustrating as Elements 2020 was flawless. Contact Adobe support but no real resolve yet. Any ideas?

    Hi Cantrax,

    FYI, I had shadow and high;light problems with Ekements 2023 but the update solved the preview issues I was haveing.

    Thank you for responding. I am using Big Sur. The problem changed slightly after Adobe's recent update. Now If I click on the Lighten Shadows slider it will show the change even though Idid not move the slider (Adobe auto changed it).

    @Cantrax Thanks for letting us know about this issue, could you please try to view the preview after releasing the control of the sliders. Once you will set the slider and left the control then wait for a moment and check.

    Elements 2023 Shadows and Highlights.

    With every adjustment of the slider I have to uncheck and re-check the preview box to see the adjustment i have made to the photo.

    The adjstment I am making should be obvious and be able to be seen as i am doing it.

    I spoke to a senior technician yesterday (21st March 2023) who advsied it is still being looked into very bad, slow service.

    Camera and Card Reader recognition Elements 2023.

    Senior Tech at Adobe told me I have to subscribe to some area of Bridge to allow the Camera recgnition to operate.

    An adobe emloyee operating an on- line blog advised that downloading Adobe Bridge BETA solves this recognition problem and it did.

    Adobe BETA now recognises my camera and my card reader just like the last Photoshop Elements 19 etc.
